TSV Green Goddess Salad

This Green Goddess Salad is the newest fav in the TSV household and most of the satisfaction is in this easy to fix dressing.

 

Ingredients


For The Salad:

  • 1 Head Green Leaf Lettuce

  • 1/4 Green Cabbage (Thinly Sliced & Chopped)

  • 3 Radishes (Roughly Chopped)

  • 3 Baby Cucumbers (Diced)

  • 1/4 Bunch Fresh Dill (Chopped)

  • Small Handful of Fresh Cilantro (Chopped)

Optional Salad Toppings:


  • Kraut (Original)

  • Hemp Seeds

  • Freshly Cracked Black Pepper

  • Lemon Slices

  • 1 Avocado

For The Dressing:


  • 1/4 Cup of Water

  • 1 Cup Fresh Basil

  • 1 Cup Chives

  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Scallions

  • 3 Mint Stalks

  • 1/2 Cup Cilantro

  • 3 Garlic Cloves

  • 1/4 of a Jalapeño (if you don’t like heat, remove the seeds)

  • 1/2 Cup Hemp Seeds

  • 1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast

  • 1/2 Lemon Juice

  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil

  • Salt and Tri-Color Pepper


Optional Dressing Add-In:


  • Soaked Cashews or Avocado will add creaminess to the dressing

 

Directions


For the Dressing:


  • Add all of the ingredients into a high speed blender.


  • Start blending on low mode and gradually increase to high.


  • Blend until everything is well combined. You should start to smell a fresh aroma in your home.


*If you’re adding cashews, make sure everything is creamy and well combined*


For The Salad:


  • Add all the salad ingredients into a bowl big enough to mix your salad in.

*If you have a stainless steel bowl, it‘s recommended to mix your salad in the stainless steel and then transfer to your eating bowl of choice *

  • You can add as much dressing as you’d like, but 1/4 cup should really be enough to make it creamy and still give that delicious crunch.

  • Mix the salad with the green goddess dressing until every veggies has been coated with goodness.


  • Top with your optional topping if using and enjoy !
